Can you help me find drivers for my bluetooth devices on the notebook? Both Driverpack 11.8 and Driver Pack Lite did not have the necessary drivers and asked me to download from the site. But, the site said that i cannot download these drivers and need to do it from the software.
Can anyone please help me regarding this?
The drivers the software that are recommended by the software are:-
I own a Dell Inspiron N7010 17,3" laptop with an integrated 1,3 MP webcam. The vendor and product ID is 0c45:6480 (claimed to be a Microdia [???], a Sonix [maybe], or a Creative [dunno]; so I'm confused what to say). My OS to date is Win 7 Ultimate x64.
Problem is that I couldn't find ANY dedicated driver for this hardware on the Dell support site, or somewhere else. Not even in your extensive driver database, where I've found 2 Inspiron models, but neighter has that webcam. Or I dunno if it's just me who can't figure out this...
There is a generic driver installed by Windows with mostly basic functions, but I am very unhappy with it, because it is very choppy. How can i found an appropriate driver for my webcam, please? Any advise, or help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Just grab version 12 and it has the option to backup system and drivers. I like to be able to backup to a different drive other that the default drive. The reason is that my boot drive is a SSD .
Thanks for the great product
The DriverPack is truly great program and found few missing drivers on my Compaq NC6220, however it was not able to locate Bluetooth Peripheral Device driver for Windows 7 for this laptop.
Anyone can help?
First of all i just want to say that this is the one of the nicest pieces of software i have ever used. Thanks alot for this DriverPack. Have long been searching for something like this. There has been some attempts, but not that good.
And second acidentally i came across this site: http://www.automationanywhere.com/Testing/download/free-trial.htm
and i saw a familiar logo. So i was like, euh? ist this the same logo that DRP had. Maybe someone working here (with this Testing Anywhere) is one of the participants in DRP. But now when i compared i saw the logo is still a littlebit different. But still, is there any relation? Or is it just a coincidence?
Thank you guys for the work you are doing,
Have a nice day,
hello, I just want to clarify something.
I tested driverpack on my own pc, and it worked just as I expected,
however I found a few things missing after the update, and wanted to check if this is a feature of driverpack or just a coincidence,
after the reboot, I found that all my last visited websites, internet history were missing from firefox and also my 'autocomplete' list from outlook was missing - is this a feature of driverpack, if so, can it be disabled?
if it is not, that is no problem, just a coincidence on my part.
Thanks for developing this super tool. Works quite well.
A couple of minor things:
The post new thread button on the english forums is in russian while everything else is in english.
On start up is it possible for the tool to compare the existing indexes with the driver archives and remove those indexes which don't have a matching driver archive file. I guess a simple file check is all that is needed. So for example if I update the Bashrat driver archives and delete the old archives, when drp starts it drops the old indexes. Right now I think I have to run an 'index all' to clean things up (or manually delete the indexes). Thus only the new archives have to be indexed (which drp is detecting automatically).
Is there a way to remove any microsoft drivers from the 'Installed drivers (unknown)' list or put them in a new list called maybe 'Installed drivers (Microsoft). Most of the drivers in the Installed Drivers (unknown) list are Microsoft default drivers. I think it is cleaner this way and would make it easier to identify which drivers are missing from the driverpacks.
Not really important but displaying the cpu temperatures seems to be a little un-related for this application, no?
I have ATI drivers installed for an ati graphics card and also ultravnc+mirror driver. The Graphics item on the main page displays the vnc mirror driver instead of the ati driver. Is it possible to filter the vnc mirror driver as it is not relevant? Maybe some kind of generic filtering of drivers, like a blacklist?
Although I understand the need to fund the development of the tool (or whatever) it seems a little odd that the tool doesn't ask the user if they want to change the start page but just goes ahead and does it by default. Grrr.... It would be better to just politely ask then there would be no need for people to do this:
