Dell Vostro 1500 driver required for win 8 pro 64 bit

Hi,
I am hoping to get some help as I am desperate,
I bought this card,
Unlocked Dell 5530 Eircsson F3507G GPS HSDPA WWAN 3G MINI PCI-E Wireless Card for my Dell Vostro 1500 running windows 8 pro 64 bit, I have tried lots now and no luck what so ever.
I have the Dell mobile broadband program but when started it just says card not detected, in the device manager it has the little yellow attention marker by it, I have tried to update by looking on the web still no joy.
Any help that can be offered would be great. Many thanks in advance.
